What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is varied functional movements executed at high intensity over broad time and modal domains.  Confusing? Not really.  We are basic people.  We like to jump, squat, deadlift and press.  We lift odd objects, barbells and our own bodies.  We master the basics of gymnastics, pull ups, dips, push-ups, handstands, sit ups, holds and flips.  We run and we row; hard and fast.  We mix it up with a blend of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and mono-structural endurance (cardio!).  We allow for creativity to rule as every time we enter the gym we face a new challenge, conditioning our bodies to be ready for anything.  We never plateau.  We don’t believe in using machines, we believe in becoming one!  We train hard, smart and we have fun while achieving the most amazing results!  We teach you to do the common, uncommonly well – virtuosity!

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning programme for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
